The 3D printer I am looking at getting is the Prusa i3 MK3 kit. This printer produces high quality prints in a variety of materials and is great value for money. It is also expandable to allow for multi colour printing.

We have a large selection of household items, books, linens, a set of golf clubs and and clothes. You can come and check out our SpringFree trampoline and swing set in the backyard which we will also be selling (most likely through TradeMe but open to good offers!!). Other things on offer are some bedding including two single electric blankets (in great condition), a portacot and two snow sleds. There is a large outdoor umbrella, single duvet, girls duvet cover set with matching pillowcase, summer weight sleeping bags, camp stretchers for kids, old TV cabinet (free to a good home). Our address is 13 Woodhouse St (off Gloucester) and we'll be running the sale from 8:30am to midday. Photos were taken when we first tried to have this sale in the middle of the summer holidays and had three people turn up (clearly not a good time of year) and we have added a LOT more since then. Come and make an offer!

I am selling my house . its a 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom home in woolston . Its on trademe as listing number 1499031099.
10 steam wharf lane .
So here the deal I am thinking of.
The house has a registered valuation of $420k and a purchaser could make an offer of that value of $420k and settle the sale in 5 years.
I would want the prospective owner to sign a lease for that 5 years . Then after the five 5 years they need to get themselves a mortgage (say with kiwi saver deposit?) and settle up for the house .
There would be some other conditions as well. But the important understanding is this is not a rent to own scheme. You are not paying extra rent to build up a deposit , but you will be paying a premium rent.
You dont need a deposit in this deal. You will need to come up with the 420k in 5 years or something else acceptable to me at that time.
I expect the deal would best suit young people just starting out who need a house now but wont have a deposit (but should have one in say 5 years )
The purchaser gets to lock the price in now , and pay that price in 5 years.
The house is going up at 3.5% a year and will be worth in the order of $500K in 5 years , but the price will be $420k.
The canny will have already realised that they could buy and sell the house and make $80K

get in touch if you want more details. At his time I have not worrked all this thru and would be ahppy to talk about the idea with any interested party.
cheers

Things you can do to keep your data safe

Below are a few things you can do to protect your data:

Change your password – yes, we know it’s easier to have one password for everything and keep it for years and years. But this also makes it easier for someone else to guess your password too.

Make your passwords long and strong, avoid basing them on obvious information such as family names or birthdays, and have a unique password for each online account. You could also use a password manager, which means that you only have to remember one (really good) password.

Also, keep your passwords to yourself.

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) – 2FA is an extra layer of protection on top of your password (for example you have to enter both a password and a code in order to access your account). With 2FA in place, if an attacker knows your password - they still can’t get into your account.

You can use 2FA for extra security on most of your accounts, from email to social media, online banking and shopping. You can also use it to access your laptops, tablets, smartphones and some game consoles. Everyone does 2FA slightly differently. To set it up, start by looking under your account settings.

Update your operating system – because this is your main line of defence against hackers and scammers. Just keeping it up to date will protect you against most of the latest bugs and viruses. You can set your system preferences to update automatically – how easy is that?

Check your privacy settings – so that you know exactly who can see what you post on social media. Think before you share personal information, as hackers can use this information to access your personal accounts or steal your identity.

The CertNZ website has loads of resources to help you with these.
