I had committed to this build for our friends who live overseas who were to purchas this unit for their older retired parents to move into from down South. Unfortuntely my mate passed away and due to the change in their circumstances I offered to on-sell so I now need to sell as soon as possible!!
So if you are looking for a place for yourself, your friends or your parents let me know.
This is a great place, beautifully and sunny, cleverly designed and meticulously built brand new, front over 60s unit.
Fabulous open planned kitchen/dining/living leads onto a sun drenched patio and garden.
A generously sized double master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe plus an additional double bedroom, laundry and carpeted garage complete this highly spec’d home.
Well insulated with neutral décor, double glazing, heat pump, dish drawer, gas hot water, soft close draws and all mod cons make this the perfect low maintenance, secure, “move in and relax” home.
Get in quick; This needs to go ASAP first in will own the last in this popular development of only 6 units!

Several highways remain closed, including the major link between the east and west coasts due to a road wash-out.

Electric scooters have been zooming about your city for a couple of weeks now, and we want to know your thoughts on them!
Lime e-scooters have made the news recently after Christchurch schools banned them from school grounds. There have been instances where the scooters have been disrespected and dumped in the ocean, and have even had fireworks attached to them.
However some people are in support of the scooters, and have even found a way to make extra pocket money from them.
So what are your thoughts on the use of electric scooters in the Garden City? Are they a nuisance or a whole lot of fun? Share your thoughts with us in the replies below.
