Youth & Search Rescue Trust - Tauranga
14 to 18 year old students from the whole Bay of Plenty are trained in volunteering and helping rescue people. They learn First Aid, searching in urban and back country situations, water safety, leadership and many more amazing life changing subjects. This organisation receives no government funding and relies on grants and donations to train these amazing young people. VOTE NOW!
Seddon Community and Neighbourhood Support Group
Seddon is our small rural township located to the south of Blenheim on SH1. Rocked and devastated (again) by the quakes in November 2016. With the loss of access to Christchurch via the Main North Line, and SH 1, we are at the “end of the line”. Every one of our self employed residents has taken a huge hit, many of whom can no longer support themselves especially with the removal of all emergency funding as of the 14th February. we are hoping to be able to provide to the whole community, access to essential first aid kits at reasonable and affordable costs to all the residents. It is for this initiative we are seeking some funding in order to subsidise these kits. VOTE NOW!!

Over the lifetime of a standard mortgage you will very likely pay as much or more interest than the amount you actually borrow but by using standard bank tools, it is possible to halve the cost of the interest charged on your mortgage even for those on a modest income?
Money not spent on mortgage interest increases your cash flow and enables you to pay off your debt much sooner than you could have dreamt.
The Halswell Community Project has asked Linda Hart to come and talk to us about mortgages and the different ways in which they are, and can be structured and what strategies can help us alongside the mortgage.
Linda has 14 years’ experience helping people to reduce their debt. She is happy to share her knowledge and answer questions. If the concept interests people, she offers a further free consultation and analysis of your personal mortgage situation , so you can assess whether you want to use her assistance and see a brighter future. We are having another Flea Market on Saturday 1st April, from 9am till 3pm at The Addington Haven. Come along for a fun-filled day for all! We will have $2, $5, $10 & $20 + tables PLUS a silent auction; bric-a-brac i.e. kitchen items, ornaments, vases, lamps, books, clothes, shoes, jewellery, craft supplies, entertainment ie games, jigsaw puzzles, sporting equipment.
There will also be vegan baking, raffles, face painting, tombola, kitten cuddles and more
Pss tried to to an event but would not work, so if you have any questions please ask as the event was a great success last year and enjoyed by all who came. We want to make it better.

Schnauzers are non-shedding so are perfect for people with allergies, great for a family or as a companion dog.
He has had vet checks, been wormed fortnightly since he was 2 weeks old, and will have had his first vaccination.
He will be ready to go to his forever home after 22 March.
