The pipe work has been finished and now the road is being rebuilt to accommodate a tree-planted median between Clarence and Matipo streets. Road markings will also give buses priority over cars, the deteriorating road will be resurfaced, and parking will be removed to allow for the new road layout.

Want an amazing afternoon sailing in the oldest New Zealand Tug - well, hurry because the season is coming to a close.
This is an absolutely wonderful experience. Thinking back 106 years ago, that is how old the tug is. Early settlers arrived via Lyttelton.
