*IGNORE the fear - no worries.
*DESENSITIZE the sound BEFORE the event by downloading a sound app and starting off at low volume and build up over time. I use "Noise and Sound" which is available on android.
.....and lastly, have the radio on and curtains closed.
We asked Sophie Pascoe what it takes to become a confident swimmer. She told us that practice is key. Our Swimsmart membership allows unlimited pool access so that our kids can spend more time in the water.

Hi , We are pensioners with a very small garden, we are both not in good health and wanted some kind person to come around and pull out 4 plants and lift weedmat on a thin strip of the garden. I want to plant some sweet peas, any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.
