Contact Elusion Electrical for a quote on LED lights either in a existing or new house. We use quality LED lights including the sleep LED with health benefits.

Exposure to sunlight during the day helps maintain healthy sleep patterns. But too much high energy visible light late at night disrupts this cycle, causing sleepless nights and daytime fatigue. This is often because our homes are full of light that disrupts the release of melatonin, the hormone that naturally regulates sleep.

The EVE G4, IRIS TILT and IRIS 2 SLEEP LED products have been designed to significantly reduce parts of the light spectrum that inhibit melatonin release, thereby assisting the body to sleep. The sleep LED light output and colour appears as a standard light, but the inhibiting high intensity light wavelength peaks are absent.

After Mathew completed his eight-month course, he found employment with Smallbone in Ashburton, where he lives.

He says the “excellent training” he received prepared him well for the job. “It set me up to excel in an exciting and demanding career.” In Timaru, we’ve got programmes in engineering trades, electrical, automotive and painting and decorating starting in February. You can learn all about them here.

Got an opinion on fireworks? Share it with us

Georgia Reporter from Stuff

Hi neighbours,

Is it time to ban the private sale of fireworks in favour of public displays only? Or is Guy Fawkes just a bit of flammable fun?

Would you like to see tighter restrictions on fireworks or are you a sparkler fiend who sees no problem with celebrating safely at home?
