Do you want to learn how to make Eco Paper Products and Books? Come along to Papanui High School and join our 1 day workshop on Saturday 31 October between 10 am - 4.30 pm at a cost of $115. This course taught by Sandy Corbett will focus on using paper, card, thread, old discarded books, magazines and any other paper based products you can find to make into useful and interesting treasures and gifts. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
