Our Term 3 courses are due to begin week of 29 July and run for 7 weeks.
Tutors are required to have demonstrable knowledge of the subject being taught. For many courses this may be the result of your own particular work experience, formal education and training or self-directed knowledge. Most tutors are not expected to hold a formal teaching qualification. Tutors must have NZ citizenship, residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Our current tutors come from a wide range of backgrounds – they are people who may have a special talent, skills or set of ideas that can be passed on to others. The basic requirements are a love for your subject and a desire to share this expertise and a willingness to learn.
If you would like to offer a course or would like further information then please contact our office either via phone 033520701 or email Barbara Roper rpb@papanui.school.nz

Oderings Garden Centre on Philpotts Rd, Mairehau, confirmed the smoke was coming from a controlled burnoff on its land.
The haze of smoke was first seen in central Christchurch just before 10am on Tuesday. It was still there at 11.30am.
Oderings marketing manager Pamela Smith said the company had thought it was allowed to burn organic plant material on its site.
"We can only hope that the people of Christchurch can accept our sincere apologies and understand that this was a genuine misunderstanding on our behalf," she said.

If approved, Adventure Ave would be built be on unused land north of Woodchester Ave in Richmond. It would offer plenty of green space, outdoor activities such as featuring swings, bike tracks, tree huts, and a food court.
The project still faces several hurdles, including an estimated $30,000 built cost and rules limiting transitional projects in the red zone to a five-year lease.
