This is a large 16+ piece band featuring saxophones, trumpets, trombones and vocals, supported by a 4-person rhythm section. Council water supply improvement programme manager Helen Beaumont says the council has not yet "given up on the May target" for taking chlorine out of the city's water supply.

On Thursday it was Hanmer Forest in North Canterbury that topped the temperature charts, with a stifling maximum of 38.4 degrees Celsius, according to the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research.
That was the hottest temperature there since records began in 1906, the fourth-equal highest temperature for January of anywhere in New Zealand, and the hottest temperature of this summer so far.
But while most of the country has sweltered over the past five days, the hot spell experienced by many has actually fallen short of official heatwave status.
