So I get home and they have run the cable along the fence line however instead of digging it in they just screwed it into the fence so I have the cable visible from the street and our kitchen running along the fence, it looks terrible, then where they dug along the lawn they did a terrible job at attempting to clean up, just left clumps of dirt everywhere and you would think as a courtesy they would throw some grass seed on it... nope just dirt, I will be calling Monday to get them to come back out and fix it and make sure its clean when they leave. Just a heads up.

Excellent condition apart from a very small dents in the bottom of the RHS door as shown in the photo. Some minor marks from normal use.
Arrange inspection by contacting seller.
I have listed some of the description and specifications from the Bosch User Manual below:
A large capacity, no frost, side-by-side fridge-freezer with 3 star-rating.
It cools efficiently and saves you from defrosting.
● VitaFresh: keeps fresh food crisp for longer – thanks to extra low temperatures for fish and meat & adjustable humidity for fruit and vegetables
● NoFrost: never defrost again, thanks to perfect protection from ice formation - that saves time and effort.
● In door electronics: modern display in the door - convenient to operate and read when the door is closed.
● Cools especially efficiently.

1. Set up a Halloween Group for your street! Plan your Halloween evening with your neighbours to see what time everyone is taking the kids out. You could even co-ordinate matching costumes!
2. Download one of our SPOOKY Neighbourly Halloween posters to stick on your house or letterbox for if:
- You welcome all trick or treaters
- You want trick or treaters to stay away
3. Stay in areas of your neighbourhood that are familiar and are well lit. And although Halloween is supposed to be spooky, be careful not to frighten your elderly neighbours by popping out of the dark!
Stay safe and have fun!

We have a 2 storey house that has developed a couple of leaks resulting in water coming in downstairs. We need someone to look at these and try to locate the problem and fix, does anyone have any recommendations please.

Looking for someone to trim a tree for us, will need a ladder and hedge trimmers. There are no large branches, it's really just a large shrub but is above single story roof height

When should the law treat two people as a couple? What property should they share if they break up and what property should only belong to one of them?
New Zealand has changed a lot in the last forty years, including how relationships and families are formed, how they function and what happens when relationships end.
The Law Commission is reviewing the 40-year-old Property (Relationships) Act 1976, which sets the rules for how to divide a couple’s property at the end of a relationship, and they want to hear your views.
The Law Commission has developed a paper, Dividing Relationship Property: Time for Change? - Te mātaatoha rawa tokorau – Kua eke te wā? This paper asks New Zealanders how the law could be better. You can view the Issues Paper and summary document, and access online consultation platform, from 16 October on this website.
A series of public meetings is being held around the country. Members of the Law Commission will be available to answer your questions and hear your feedback on the Issues Paper.
Some of the questions the Commission is asking are:
Does the law apply to the right relationships?
Is the right property being shared?
What should happen when trusts are used to hold property?
What should happen if one person is financially worse-off after their relationship ends?
Is tikanga Māori recognised?
How should the law meet the interests of children?
How can the law be inexpensive, simple and speedy while still being just?
Should the same law that applies when a couple separates also apply when one partner dies?
