My son, Nate, and his wife, Alyssa, are working hard to raise $25000 to help start the first every cat cafe in South Island right here in Christchurch!
They only have 1 week to go to raise the last $8000 and so I'm spreading the word about their crowd-funding project where people can pledge from just $5.00. Every pledge has a corresponding reward. Pledges will only become donations when the $25000 goal is reached.
Every pledge will be greatly appreciated and help to make a wonderful new place for people to meet, have a cuppa and something delicious to eat and interact with Cat Rescue cats and kittens - you could also give a special, forever home to one of the cats or kittens that will be available for adoption.

If you need help making a pledge, simply message Nate or Alyssa on the Catnap Cafe facebook page.
Many thanks

It's only ten weeks till New Zealand's General Election. Have you made a decision on who you will vote for? Or do you think the next ten weeks will affect your vote?
