Tomorrow is Boxfit Tuesday. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to anyone who's keen to join us for a great, fun, social workout. All sizes, all abilities, and children most definitely welcome - we can offer toys, snacks and some fun company for your preschoolers and we're baby-friendly too. You'll find us in Room 4, 39 Nursery Rd, workout kicks off at 10am. Equipment provided, just remember to bring a water bottle!

The cold weather has hit, and it's always good to make sure that gas heating and cooking appliances are serviced yearly and operating efficiently, heading into winter. If you'd like us to come and service your gas appliances, give Rachel a call on 343-0763.
