I think this is a wall paper brush which would make a big job easier, but it could be used for other things as well. It's quite heavy with natural soft bristles. Wooden handle with copper band between handle and bristles.

Three fit snugly together they are 45 cms tall and the top one is 49cms x 31cms

A wooden, don't know what type of wood, sorry, four tier corner what-not stand. Nice finials on the top and curvy edge to the shelves.
It is 116cms tall to top of corner finial. The bottom shelf is 65cms across and the top 48cms across.
