I've just received a call from some-one purporting to be from Spark, claiming my internet had been compromised from several countries overseas.
The call came from an 09 number.
The caller said my internet would be cut off withing 24 hours and my ip would be reset at no charge. I hung up and … View moreI've just received a call from some-one purporting to be from Spark, claiming my internet had been compromised from several countries overseas.
The call came from an 09 number.
The caller said my internet would be cut off withing 24 hours and my ip would be reset at no charge. I hung up and rang Spark immediately.
They advised it was a scam and asked me to email their scam helpdesk with the details of the call, the time and the number.
