This all relates to a decision to swap to ultra fast broadband when chorus or spark dropped the ball and we lost our “settings”. Spark tell me on a chat session that I need to talk to the white pages people. White pages recorded advice to me when I contacted them was to suggest I contact Spark. I have worn a hole in my carpet from going around in circles. Can anyone provide me with some advice. Love to hear some. Sean 0274803194.
