This iris is potted, and is in flower at the moment. The other rhizome has a flower bud on it ready to open soon and I'm not sure whether it is the same maroon colour or another colour. Surprise?
This iris is called 'Perfect Match'. Deep mauve with goldy centre radiating onto each petal. A large bloom the size of your hand.
Louisiana irises open out flat like a plate unlike the bearded irises which have a round form.
$14.50 with the pot.

One of the biggest factors in getting a good night’s sleep is the comfort of your mattress. If you regularly wake up with muscle or joint stiffness, interrupted sleep, or your mattress is making more noise than usual then it's time to replace and refresh.
Experts recommend a change of mattress every 8-10 years, so if you haven't changed your mattress within those years then now is a good time to do so.
Investing in your dream sleep can pay a huge factor for your health, and once you’ve found the right mattress the thought of replacing it will be the last thing on your mind.
A mattress is a long-term hold, not a life-long hold.

This iris has been potted up since last season so there is quite a number of rhizomes in it. It had two lovely flower stalks which have just finished.
It will enjoy being able to stretch its legs once in the ground.
Name: Irwell Ace. A NZ bred iris, bred by the late Ron Busch.
