Police are investigating the 170 lambs and 30 ewes were missing from an Akatore farm since the last count three months ago. The stock, which are all earmarked, have an estimated value of $28,800. Anyone with information can phone their nearest police station or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

- A medical centre with scope to include ambulance bay.
- Open-air laneways that connect the food and retail precincts to the offices and medical centre.
- Outdoor courtyard for people to enjoy.
- Offices and apartments overlooking the CBD.
