Male, believed to be in a grey Audi station wagon was seen unloading rubbish bags. Unfortunately, no rego taken. Council have been very slow in responding, despite logging the dumping as "Critical," saying it would be collected in 1 -2 hours. They have now tagged it as "Under Investigation" but say it could be up to 5 days before it is removed. So much for their claims of taking strong and swift action against illegal dumpers. Beware, this dumper may well strike again.
