Who’s fooling who? The Mind Lab @ MOTAT has been entertaining children for years. We say entertaining because that's what it feels like - to us and to them.

While you hear about dream jobs and movies and building marble runs and remote-controlled games, the learnings are building websites; animation; exploring engineering and sustainability and engaging with coding and robotics.

Either way, our school holiday programmes are awesome!

The Mind Lab @ MOTAT is open for the holidays - let the games begin!

My father in law has just purchased his own little piece of the world in the form of a rustic little one man cabin with no power or running water, so we're gathering everything we can to build him a home from scratch!

If you could help with anything at all, even stuff you would consider 'junk', going surplus in your shed - with a good scrub and a couple of other bits and bobs we could have a step or a pailing for the fence!

Please help us out by keeping an eye out for any left over pieces of wood, bricks, stones, rocks, bags of left over cement, any tiles, nail plates, nails or anything you think could be useful in building a house!
