Prominent Feature
Your driveway is the most prominent feature at the entrance of your house. Its needs to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It will increase your overall property value and your Joy.

Looks after the car
Better to park the vehicle on driveway rather than on the streets where it can be damaged. Car insurers love this! Tell them and they may offer an insurance discount.

Adds Value to your property – up to 10% on to selling price
Having ample parking space for his, her and the teenager’s vehicle will add overall value to your home. It also allows you too easily view the driveway to see if your teenager is “out on the town”.

Family Fun
A good driveway opens a myriad of options – bike riding, push chair and wheel chair access and the kids can play basketball and other ball games. Invite a few bubble friends over have a BBQ on it.

Selling your home
- Adds up to 10% overall value to your property.
- If your driveway is in good shape it has a higher perceived value as well as actual value. Buyers will compare your house to others as part of their due diligence.
- It is the houses first impression – make it count!
- Any investment into the driveway you will get back, and some.
