A menu was sent by email with a wide selection of choices. I ordered pork belly which was cooked perfectly; creamy scalloped potatoes and a really yummy roast beetroot and haloumi salad. The vinaigrette dressing for the salad was to die for!

For dessert we ordered the sweet platter which had chocolate, fresh fruit and a selection of homemade slices that kept us going back for more over the following two evenings. The food was epic, servings generous and pricing very fair.

I wanted to acknowledge and thank Beth and Steve at DeFora for making mother’s day a real treat. I highly recommend their catering service – I can see it will make entertaining a breeze.

Even though the school tried he was let down by the school system.
Thanks 😊

We’ve just begun sourcing the house, so this probably wouldn’t happen for several months at least. Dimensions would probably be 8 metres long by 3 metres wide, with room for a small deck. Unit would be mostly self-contained (solar power, composting toilet, etc), but access to water would be helpful. We’d be interested in a lease of at least one year.
