Unfortunately the well-dressed businessman driving failed to pull over and provide his details and registration for our insurance claim. My husband is a self-employed tradesman and we are struggling financially to be able to pay the insurance excess for an accident that was not our fault, as well as the cost of having to rent another van whilst it’s getting repaired. If anyone knows of the vehicle or driver involved or witnessed the accident, please contact us, thanks Narelle.

Christmas is a special time of year, especially for children. It’s really important that all of our kids can share in the joy of Christmas. Today I joined with David Tua to give out presents to the children at the Manukau Institute of Technology Children's Education Centre in Otara.

Big appreciation to the Trust that supported the first Otara Christmas Present Drop and helped bring some extra happiness into the lives of our kids there.
