NB: Long post - Thursday 15th February 2018, I had purchased a certain amount of items (fruit and vegetables) from this store: FRESH 4 LESS - 401 Swanson Road, just before our local Ranui shops (this is now owned by Bharat and Bina) previously owned by Davinder Singh. These new lease holders of this store which my story is about is towards them had stopped me and asked me the next day of a purchase which was $12.75 worth of groceries on this same day around 17.47pm (via the receipt shown to me) as I had purchased up to $60.00 worth when I had finished work and purchased this amount from 2.47pm (my personal receipt). Shocked to my surprised, as I regularly by smaller shopping items of crackers, fruit and my favourite jet planes from this store all the time paying by cash and my eftpos card. I couldn't recall this new purchase on the same day. As on Friday I had told them that this wasn't me, yet paid for this 'pending' sale purchase. I had contacted my bank if I had? They advised me the ONLY card purchase was the one for $60.00 that same day on thursday. I then remembered on the receipt the wife (Bina) had shown me had such items I would regularly purchase and then it hit me. There was a discrepancy towards their accusations. There was a purchase of plastic drinking cups which I NEVER buy from this store, let alone around this time on the receipt (17.47pm) which is 5.47pm on Thursday evening, I was actually home asleep due to myself finishing early due to the miserable heat which I had come home to sleep due to this headache. When I had contacted the store by their number the wife; Bina, had assured me of this error and will give me my full refund (as obviously this was not my purchase, yet someone else who went out of the store WITHOUT paying) and these store owners assumed it was me who did not pay and just took these items. ANYONE and EVERYONE that knows me knows that I ALWAYS pay before leaving, as a law abiding citizens, advocate for this area I was quite taken back and realised these inconsiderate people did not take my word for this. When I arrived Saturday 17th February after 11am (Yesterday) both owners Wife and husband wanted to talk to me, and ask me why I didnt pay, and why should they give a refund. I said in a firm voice now. (really annoyed) I said I purchased 2x ice cream cones and YOUR wife told me to pay for this $12.75 bill, which I honestly did not recall holding? As I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THIS STORE EVER!!! Others do, but not myself in this case. I said I 'll pay for this, to show you that I am not a thief, let alone a honest person. The husband said that he was not going to give my refund, only $2.75 I was fuming and replied both to him and his wife. I obviously paid for someone elses shopping, which this was YOUR own error, check your cameras to see if I was here at that time 17.47pm? His look towards me clearly guaranteed their cameras weren't working, and obviously these people are known to give the eftpos receipt but NOT the actual receipt from the shopping you purchase BEFORE leaving!! It is really sad that all my years living in this area, I have done alot for this community, advocate, done events and now being accused for NOT paying for shopping? People forget it's folks like myself who shop at our local stores in support of business owners, but when you ACCUSE, Harass and blame us for YOUR own stupid errors WATCH OUT!! I hope you all who view this, take note just because you maybe a regular , you are still judged and assumed because such idiots own errors reflect on their assumptions from their own ignorance. I am taking this further to local media, social media towards how this store accused me of NOT paying for groceries, and when they were WRONG, they were reluctant to give my full refund of $12.75, yet were cheeky to give me $2.75? Come one I paid for some other idiots shopping, because I buy the same stuff you automatically think it was me? Due to your own own mistake!! YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG LADY!! They even had the cheek to bring up my family on how they help out etc.. I said what does that have to do with your error of 1) accusing me of stealing, 2) Not paying when it's clearly some idiots shopping whom I had paid for and then asked for my rightful refund. 3) Next time give receipts when people purchase and TURN ON YOUR CAMERAS!!! 4) I have had similar occurances when people try to defame and slander my name, yet forget I know people who will vouch of my innocence, as they know I have sued them and put them in their place by WINNING such cases!!! Since 2007 baby!! #loveRanui #doyourresearch #IknowGeorgeVeizch!!! #Ranui4life #Ibiteback!! #lovemyhaters!!
