However, approximately one in 12 men and one in 200 women find struggle with their colour vision and instead have a very different view of what is going on around them.
Colour vision is the ability to distinguish specific shades of color. Those patients who lack this ability are often referred to as having colour vision deficiency or as being ‘colour blind’. Despite this name, the inability to see any color at all (a condition known as achromatopsia) is very rare. Instead, someone who has color vision deficiency will find it difficult or impossible to differentiate between certain colors.

I have only just figured out that the Vet takes the tip off one ear when a cat is feral and is to be released back to area it came from after being desexed. As I have only ever had to release one cat (recently) - never knew this. I thought it had it's ear chewed off in a fight!! Duh! Therefore, if you see a cat with one ear snipped - like this ... it has been desexed and is not owned by anyone in particular. So be kind and put food/water out if you see one in your area!
