Sometimes we just don't know how to communicate or deal with feelings of irritation or anger. You may find yourself yelling at your children or partner or unable to control impatience or anger outside the home. We get great feedback from women who attend the group programme. It is an open group all you need to do is call and arrange an assessment appt. We have sliding scale for costs and the assessment is free.
