I got my Gas Hob installed by a professional NZ certified gas fitter. He gave us the quotation that was including the labour cost and Certificate of Compliance (COC). He came and finished his job, we paid all the money straight away. Gasfitter advised he will sent us the COC later on when he will be working on PC. He never turned up back neither he replied to our calls, emails and text messages. I tried calling his another business partner number that was mentioned on visiting card. He told us the gasfitter has been deported from NZ back to Fiji and he advised us to contact him via Whatsapp. I tried contacting him on Whatsapp he told he will email me the COC ASAP, but after that he never tuned up again and nevere replied to my texts it been more than 2 months now.
Can someone please suggest what should I do?
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards
Dolly
