The lead photo indicates that the headline is INACURATE!!
Since when is sitting on the window ledge of the cars while travelling down the motorway allowed?
While you are thinking about that, are a large volume of people allowed to travel in the open back of the ute? NO!!!
Also, at least 200 people gathered on the street (dozens wearing Mongrel Mob insignia) - all breaking the current Covid restrictions for gatherings and funerals.
I'm so angry that so many of us out here are really doing our best to adhere to the rules both in real life (on the road) and also in our 'Covid life'.
So how is it that these gangs are running wild and doing what they want, when they want and to who they want to?
Maybe we should all get patched up to have more freedom - yes, I'm being sarcastic, but I'm so angry and so disappointed in the powers that be for continually allowing this.

Will wait til it gets later in the evening before I water them - that sun out there is pretty hot now. 😃 Fourth photo - the pumpkin which is still a seedling growing in the same garden, but the biggest pumpkin seedling I have. =D It SHOULD grow into a good sized plant I am thinking/hoping, AND MAYBE grow me some Queensland Blue pumpkins!!!!!!!! =D Like the one I still have on my kitchen bench, in the second to last photo. =D ALSO, since we're talking about herbs, I couldn't help but add that I look all minty fresh today, in my green pants and my minty green top and my minty green scarf my aunt gave me as part of my birthday bouquet!!!!!!!! 😃 Last photo. 😃

Tony Lawson, 85, received the photograph from his friend Don Armitage, whose father Jack is pictured in the photograph.
“The photo came to me in a very poor condition,” he said.
“However, my youngest daughter's close friend who is a graphic artist has done a few hours work on this and has come up with an amazing improvement.”
Lawson started working for the Auckland Star in 1964.
“In those days it was hot metal, as they called it, a line of type writers going like the clappers,” he said.
“The noise was something, it’s a wonder we’re all not stone bloody deaf. It was 1976 they were all gearing up to go into the computers.”
He estimates the photograph was taken in the 1960s.

This urban adventure can be joined at a number of access points; from Shore Road and also via flights of steps that lead down to the bay from a series of Parnell streets. Some parts of the walkway are tidal and require manoeuvring over sand and stones, silty mud or under low hanging bows of pōhutukawa. Other parts are approached over a series of formed paths and built-up wooden boardwalks.
I have been fortunate, through this extended lockdown, to have time to observe the walkway in more detail and am captivated by this natural world at our doorstep.
