The findings of the independent review were released on Wednesday and found the council was “not prepared for an event of the magnitude and speed” of the floods.
The review made 17 recommendations for the council and Mayor Wayne Brown’s office, including “urgently” preparing themselves better for future events.

These marks should come out easily. The black lining under the sofa has a small tear maybe about 10cms maximum could be stitched. aside that no tears anywhere. The main couch cushions have good zips all work covers can be taken off. Decorative pillows come with sofa condition all good don't think they have removable covers though. Need this sold asap as it is under covers in my carport due to not being able to get it through doors in my house. Even with a cover over this you would still be getting a good sturdy sofa - must be able to collect from Massey
