The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation to soothe body and mind, and to give a bit of space to set intentions which have the potential to free up the areas of your life that feel stuck.

Our lovely clients decided to add a feature wall to their lounge area. Consisting of a hardwood floating shelf surrounded by a two tone vertical batten on a black background. Looks pretty flash I reckon. 👍
