It’s important to look beyond the interest rate of any business finance arrangement that you are entering into because often that low-interest rate loan, which you have been enticed by, may contain conditions or covenants that you have to abide by and comply with. While there is nothing wrong with conditions or covenants being imposed by a lender, borrowers need to be comfortable that they can comply with these and that there are no adverse implications on the business or any party involved.

This role will need to commit a few hours per week (outside of their day role) for the weeks leading up to Daffodil Day including time required for training (via zoom sessions), and for the street appeal on Friday 26th August and for some areas Saturday 27th August.
A current driver's licence and a car/vehicle will be needed as you will be required to drive around on Daffodil Day to ensure our collectors have their high visibility vests, daffodils, eftpos machines, buckets and receive guidance for their roles. You will also be completing our banking, picking up and dropping off resources.
You will need to have either a laptop, home PC or device i.e. ipad or similar so you can access our software system, which is the platform for managing collector shifts and relevant information, so you will also be confident in adapting to software systems.
In the first instance and/or for more detailed information, please email your interest including your best contact number to Sudha Bhana Manager Volunteering sbhana@akcansoc.org.nz

We collected a pet cage from The Vets yesterday so we can take it and have it checked for a microchip. Unfortunately, we were unable to capture it, as soon as it saw the cage, it would escape.
Question: would any good neighbour own a scanner, live nearby that could instead come to my place and scan it for a microchip? The cat is quite friendly and it loves pats but it just freaked out as soon as it saw the pet cage😔

More than two years after his disappearance, his parents Thierry and Catherine Rolland have finally arrived from France.
They do not know what happened to their son, and they’re desperate for answers.
“We don’t know what’s happened,” Catherine said. “We realise he is perhaps in another place.”
But the couple remain hopeful that Eloi is alive and well and said they would always be there for him.
