But sometimes this signal can become like a smoke alarm that is stuck on.
How to turn the alarm button off? Come and soothe body and mind with a small group for a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. The sessions develop the skill to meet our anxiety with care and compassion to loosen it up and find more courage in the face of our challenges.
Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre on Tuesday 2 May 1 - 2.15pm. Bookings essential. Contact me.
First session free, then Koha welcome.

"Absolutely recommend Antony Myers for any travel bookings as always felt he adds so much value to our trips. He listens, is an excellent communicator, makes great suggestions and is extremely quick and thorough. Not to mention a fantastic sense of humour! Easy to use even if I am in Wellington and he is based in Auckland - my preference as always feel looked after."
