The Ministry of Health had revealed fewer than one in six people who have downloaded the Covid Tracer App are using it daily.
Stuff reporters were outside three different supermarkets in three parts of Auckland on Monday- Ponsonby Countdown, Pak n' Save Lincoln Rd, Henderson and Manukau Pak n' Save.
All up, Stuff reporters saw 81 people sign in at the three supermarkets, out of a total of 432 shoppers.
Do you use the Covid Tracer App?
Why or why not?
For those who don't sign in, is this decision prompted by privacy concerns, or something else?
Would be interested to hear your thoughts.

This wonderful couple have for the past 5 years
volunteered their time to run a FREE community Soup kitchen at Whare Koa Mangere Community House each week.
Aporo has only recently slowed down due to some health challenges however, he still volunteers as the local driver for the local Cook Island Mamas group helping with their community programmes.
Ngamata continues to run the local Soup Kitchen every Monday and also leads the Tiare Taina Cook Islands Mamas group as Chairperson.
Aporo and Ngamata are both pensioners but they never hesitate to share all they have with others, often at their own expense.
We are so grateful for their serving hearts where they continue to be a blessing to others in our local community.
Thank you Aporo and Ngamata for being heroes to our local people.
We were also privileged on our visit to be graced by the presence of her Majesty Pa Tepaeru Ariki, who was working hard with Aporo and Ngamata in service to her people and local community.
They are our #communityheroes

The 26-year-old, who has learning difficulties, works her magic on four women’s toilets, two men’s toilets and a disabled toilet, plus three urinals.
She landed her first job as a part-time cleaner after her family noticed her commitment to cleanliness.
Clemens opted to tidy the litter and dirt around her family's Hunua Falls food cart instead of complaining about the mess.
The loos she keeps sparkling clean are looked after by Citycare Property and its partner Civic Contractors.
They said that even though park users are expected to take their waste home, Clemens picks up every scrap of litter left behind near the toilets and carpark.
Where are the other top loos in Auckland?
Where are the cleanest public toilets you've visited?
