Can someone explain these big blue bags that are popping up outside some properties? Filled with garden waste and rubbish. Some around where I am have been there for months. Bloody eyesore in my opinion.

I know its a bit later in the year to ask, but I'll ask hopefully for a response to the New Year.
Is anyone aware of any reputable and affordable Roof Repairers that do a good quality job.
My parents had been given the run around and then caused a considerable amount of damage to my parents family home roof.
We tried to take them to small claims court, and surprise they didn't answer any calls, or respond to any mail.
My parents only paid half the cost, but they were going to charge them over $5000.
We cannot claim for this due to faulty workmanship, but it has been stressing my dad out so much.
We just lost our mum end of June and dad has been asking for this to be done.
If anyone has any ideas and recommend or provide a good service it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much
Have a great Christmas.

Turned out he was wearing blue instead of the normal red but hay at least he bought me a pair of handcuffs and a brand new Skoda with Christmas lights on it. The handcuffs were a good fit he wouldn’t let me drive the Skoda which I thought was a bit mean but hay even in the back is so comfy. Ok only the top bit is true only heard the Santa sleigh and reindeer’s but think this was probably the police helicopter. Merry Christmas everyone
