By making sure each electorate has about the same number of people, we can give all New Zealanders equal representation in Parliament. It’s all balance.
If we move one of your electorate boundaries, you could end up in a different electorate to the one you’re in now – so we show you what we’re proposing before we make any changes and give you the opportunity to share your thoughts.

The suspensions came as bus drivers stopped accepting passenger fares, in a bid for better pay work hours. On Thursday, First Union and Tramways withdrew industrial action after Auckland Council got involved with concerns of the suspension's impact on the city's public transport. We also set ourselves an internal challenge: to structure a new holiday programme every holiday; and never to create a programme that we weren't interested in doing ourselves.

That’s why your kids love it here: because our team is as engaged, interested and new to it as your kids are. We’re all in it together exploring creativity, fun, mess, play - and learn without knowing it.
