Cate often found herself nervous and anxious throughout high school, keeping to herself and not making an effort to speak up when she wanted to. However, that all changed when she joined Career Navigator through Graeme Dingle Foundation Rotorua.

“I started this year really nervous, and I wouldn’t say a lot, I wouldn’t participate in class discussions. Doing Career Navigator, I don’t know what happened...but something just changed halfway through the programme."

**PLEASE MESSAGE ME WITH YOUR WHATSAPP OR FACEBOOK DETAILS SO I CAN SEND YOU A VIDEO DETAILING CONDITION OF COUCH**

I need this gone before this evening so it is listed on many sites, and on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

You'll need a trailer or a large van, ute, truck to transport.

It will be dismantled ready for collection and comes with the couch covers.

It is an incredibly comfy couch but I'm not able to invest money into repairing the fabric on it so I'm gifting onto someone else.

Pick up is Ellerslie.

And of course none of the stuff that's on the couches or around it is going with it just the couches and covers themselves.

In neighbourhoods across New Zealand, kids are looking forward to a Christmas that may not happen.

Forced to choose between food or bills, hard-working parents like Melody worry whether they’ll be able to provide even the simplest Christmas meal for their children.

“I’ll only eat dinner 2-3 times a week so that the children have enough food. This is very stressful… a lot of crying and minimal sleep.”

Food insecurity is the everyday reality for 98.8% of the families Variety helps.

Please donate today to provide grocery support for families like Melody’s this Christmas.
