The survey is seriously flawed in that it does not have an option of 'NO RATES INCREASES' and very biased (like so many other Council surveys) to direct ratepayers to a predertmined outcome that will allow Goff and his Councillors to proudly state that 'a majority support a rates increase'.

Here is the first question in the survey:
Which increase do you support?
-2.5 per cent average general rates increase
- 3.5 per cent average general rates increase
- I don't know

My advice - tick 'I don't know' - and then tell the Council in the supporting box that you DONT WANT A RATES INCREASE and why.

If you want - also go to the Council complaints and register the fact that the survey is Biased and Flawed.

Somebody has vandalised the fairy house I put up in Monte Cecilia park for all to enjoy. Why would they do this? Many people enjoyed opening the door and taking the painted stones that some kind person kept placing in the house.
