Recent amendments have been made to The Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Amendment Act to limit nicotine in products and cease supply to those born in/after 2009. Less retailers are to be approved and product packaging made less appealing.
Until March 15, public submissions will accepted regarding these changes, especially around the location and quantity of retail stores as well as the appeal and addictiveness of smoked tobacco products.

ABOUT ME:
I have been a hypnotherapyist for over 15 years. I used to run "Become a non Smoker in 90 Minutes" seminars (until Covid!) 50 people in the room and 40 would stop smoking after the 1st session.
It is very concerning how many people now suffer low levels of anxiety, perfectly understandable considering what we have been through with Covid, but your mind gets into the habit of worrying and by using relaxation and suggestion we can easily change our thinking.

Countdown Mt Eden this afternoon a man walked in grabbed a 24 box of Heineken and walked past the security guard and out the door he came in. This happens everyday apparently. The audacity of this - he then drank the beer in a nearby bus shelter
