Kevin and the team here from BIA Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Having seen the team in action recently at Boulgaris Realty, we were so impressed we thought we would give them a mention as we love to share a good thing.
With the crazy world of real estate right now, our kitchen and bathroom renovations have meant that we are fully booked on all work for at least 3 months, which in our business is never a bad thing.
When designing a new kitchen we always ask "is this your forever home or an asset that you may want to sell in a few years?"
More recently it seems to be the latter and if this is you, then you will definitely want to talk to the team at Boulgaris Realty. Michael Boulgaris (Principle Officer and Sales Broker) is famous nationally for his many years of success with managing listings of New Zealand's top homes and now his team through his guidance are following in his footsteps. In particular, the rising star in the team, Kristos Tsitsiridakis.
Kristos's background in both the trades & interior enhancements industry and also extensive history in sales & marketing has given him the edge when it comes to maximising on the engagement and trust of his opulent prospective buyers and clients in the Auckland market. His portfolio of enthused clients in both the suburban and rural sectors makes him a pinnacle in performance, when it comes to getting you the very best for your future and your family.
So, if you have even though about your options around buying, selling or both, then you will want to reach out to Kristos for a consultation over a coffee and get the experts in your corner today!

Residents on Princes St in the upmarket North Shore suburb of Northcote Point were first told the Crown needed to acquire their homes in March last year.
Back then, the plan was for the Northern Pathway to be built as an attachment to the existing Auckland Harbour Bridge, with the properties needing to make way for the project's off-ramp.
That plan was dropped in favour of the new cycling bridge announced by the Government last week. But the homes – worth an average of $3.3m each – still have to go.

Browns Bay locals fear property on the edge of an eroding cliff will soon collapse onto the popular beach below, as the property owner battles a lengthy resource consent process to stabilise the site.
The property on Beechwood Rd in Rothesay Bay was issued a dangerous building notice in September 2020 following a spate of slips which sent boulders, fencing and a mature pōhutukawa tree tumbling down onto Browns Bay Beach.
The notice did not apply to the house, but decking, fencing and concrete piles - some of which protrude over the edge of the cliff.
Auckland Council previously told Stuff it was satisfied two houses near the cliff’s edge were not at risk, however regular beach-goer Paul Jury said pipes, balustrades, orange safety fencing, a second pōhutukawa tree and bits of concrete continue to pile up on the beach.
Jury believed it was only a matter of time until “something serious” fell down the cliff during a storm or strong winds.
The owners of the property atop the cliff had applied for resource consent to repair and stabilise the site, but this was taking longer than expected "due to the complexity of the site access and the work required", Auckland Council’s David Pawson said.

Rotary North Harbour’s Great Debate between Carmel College and Westlake Girls High School thrashed this out with counter arguments and rebuttals interspersed with humour.
The teams, in order of speaking, included Members of Parliament:
Affirmative (Carmel College) - Madison Lockyer, Annabel Rhodes, MP David Seymour (Epsom), Ella Copley
Negative (Westlake Girls High School) - Aneta Du, Grace Chen, Lily Qi, MP Chlöe Swarbrick (Auckland Central)
A coin toss to delegate affirmative or negative roles half an hour before the start left limited time to prepare arguments. However both teams are very experienced debaters, the MPs perhaps less so with the strict rules of debate 😆, but they certainly brought a different approach.
The venue was packed and the adjudicators from the Auckland Debating Society congratulated both teams on their level of debating skills before awarding the moot to the negative.
An entertaining event that provided the students with a wonderful opportunity for personal development and interaction with sitting MPs whilst raising funds for Rotary projects.
Thanks to Partners Life Insurance for their sponsorship
Look out for next year’s debate.
