I have been offering mindfulness meditation sessions on Zoom, which surprisingly offers a sense of being connected.
And in a couple of weeks I will start again offering in-person groups, gentle mindfulness stretches outside: Meadowbank Community Centre. Relaxing and friendly. Double-vaccinated, limited numbers, bookings essential through me.
