You must have a latch able and lockable (self closing) gate.
Pool must be registered with Council and fencing must be inspected by the Pool Department of the Council and there upon must be inspected every 3 yrs.
Also be aware if you have already got a pool and filled it already and you want to register your pool and put up a fence you have to empty your pool until it is all approved.
We have put up a temporary pool every yr for the last 5 yrs. Not once were we informed until last yr by current realestate but was at end of summer. Was hit up about it again this yr. Even then we were not told we had to register or have a 1.2m fence as we live rural. So checked with Council. we have a boundary fence as well as an internal apparently not sufficient enough. We are also on tank water so emptying and refilling is not an option while trying to afford to follow the law. So pool had been pulled down and this yr we will have to suffer through the heat without our pool.
The shops are sporting tinsel and lights and our calendar's are already filling up with Christmas events. But is it too early to decorate your home?

Are you a student looking for a few hours of fun paid work or a retired grandad with energy and time to spare? This awesome job is supporting a young disabled man to have a meaningful and fun couple of hours twice per week. He is looking for someone to work Wednesdays and Fridays for two hours during the daytime, start and finish time is flexible but must be home before 5pm.
You must love activities like ten pin bowling, swimming or going to the park, plus reading books, playing with puzzles and games on the rainy days. His disability means that he needs you to explain what is happening throughout the day. Things like where you are going, what’s happening next and be a physical guide as he has low vision. You also need to be calm and patient allowing him time to process his thoughts. He loves being busy and being out and about so if you feel the same then great, and if you love to make someone's day and are a keen supporter, then get in touch. A full driver's licence is required to go on some awesome adventures.
