Manurewa is one where going through town it will be 30k instead of 50k. It would be like the days when a guy use to walk in front of a train/bus to make sure you didn't go to fast. 30K is virtually 15mph for those that remember the miles per hour. AT tells us that their are trying to stop the congestion, but going that slow is going to create more congestion, how stupid and pathetic can these people get.
