I paid him cash but no invoice or code of compliance given
I am stuck with Incomplete job done . Now I have to hire other people to do his work when I paid him in full

Last month, residents in Onehunga reported a ten percent increase in property crime compared to incidents reported throughout September 2023.
This increase in reported crime was associated to twenty-two additional burglaries, however vehicle crime incidents decreased around thirteen percent over the same period
The streets with multiple reported incidents were:
Onehunga Mall (10 incidents) 8 x burgs, 2 x stolen motor vehicles. Church St (5 incidents) 3 x burg, 2 x stolen motor vehicles.
Campbell Rd (5 Incidents) 2 x burgs, 2 x stolen motor vehicles, 1 Theft ex-car
Captain Springs Rd (3 incidents) 2 x burgs, 1 x stolen vehicle
