A Free mouse needing a good home!

Meet our lovable mouse BayMax. He's a super cute gray 14 week old mouse. He has one large house area where he loves cardboard recycling houses made for him, a connecting tunnel to his 3 storey play house and a connecting tunnel to two other play houses.

This DIY mouse house has been "small sized" mouse proofed as baymax is a small mouse and can escape through normal mouse metal cage gaps.
He LOVES almond butter treats morning and night and a pellet and some fresh food.

As advised by the SPCA he must live on his own , boy mice fight when together and girl and boy mice make babies(if you want mice babies then that's ok!). He was born in a house so he wont survive in the wild

We sadly have to move due to my sons disabilities and our new place doesn't allow for pets at all.

He comes with everything he needs.
His containers will need to have his bedding and poop removed every week, and then everything disinfected twice a week. Because the house one apart I alternate the sides for disinfecting. Happy to go over this with you.

I really need someone who will care about baymax. When he transitioned to our home he took 2 weeks to come on to our hand for a treat and let us pay. So initially he will have to be approached gradually for handling. We go in and talk to him daily.

Please send me a text message only about you as in can you care for him and when you would like to see him.

No cost at all just need some good new owners

A Manurewa resident owes his life to the National Bowel Screening
Programme, which was launched in Counties Manukau a year ago.

Sixty-one-year-old Society Pasila (Sila)Wilson was one of more than 37,000 residents invited to participate in the programme and encouraged to do the bowel screen test. For Sila, it was a no brainer to do the test given there was a family history of bowel cancer.

Read more of Sila's story in the link below.

Bowel cancer is the second highest cause of cancer death in New Zealand. Currently, more than 3,000 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year, with more than 1,200 dying from the disease each year.

The programme saves lives by finding bowel cancer early when it can be successfully treated. Those eligible will be invited to take a screening test every two years.

For more information about the programme please visit www.timetoscreen.nz... or call 0800 924 432, or talk to your family doctor.
