Did you know, 1 in 4 New Zealand adults will suffer from a mental disorder or distress at some point in their lives? When they do, let’s make sure they never have to go it alone. To create safer, more caring communities we need to not only look after ourselves but those around us as well.

For the month of September, we want to use our voice to raise awareness for mental health and well-being. Perhaps consider sharing a cuppa with someone you know who could use the support or challenge your family and friends to unplug from social media for the entire month to improve their well-being. If you or someone you know is going through a rough patch, don’t forget you can call or text 1737 anytime for FREE support from a trained counsellor.

Don’t forget, this month also coincides with World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10th) followed by Mental Health Awareness Week (23 - 29 September) and Mental Health Awareness Day on October 10th.

However you choose to take part, feel free to tag us in your posts + use the following hashtag so we can see how you’re cultivating better mental health for yourself or in your community this month:

Thank you for the cvs sent and the Enquiries. We have now shortlisted our candidates.
Work school hours if you want. Part time admin. East Tamaki office.

About the roles:

We are looking for a motivated service desk administrator / Service coordinator. This role should have more than one back slash in the title as you will be required to wear multiple hats. This is a an essential role to the ongoing evolution and success of our growing company.

The role requires strength of character, a forward thinker, someone with a spring in their step and ready to get stuck into the work. Someone willing and able to learn new things and able to work in a team as well as autonomously. Basically a "go-getter" persona. No two days are the same. It is busy. A cool head is needed when the heat is on.

About us:

We are a team of service technicians and administration support staff. Our core business is service and repair of all commercial appliances nationwide. Our main branches are located in Auckland and Wellington. We are a multicultural team, we have a laugh together and we work hard together.

We are committed to supporting our people in achieving their full potential and living up to our cultural values.

The successful applicant will:

Have an administration & customer services background. Social media knowledge & technical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential. You will be working with a supportive team.

This role would be perfect for someone looking for part time work 25-30 hours per week with plans to going full time in the near future. Maybe you are a mum or dad returning to work. We can look to going full time immediately for the right candidate. We will consider all applications.

Requirements:

Excellent communicator and ability to build effective relationships.

Proven administration background. Experience using MS office, email, google drive etc.

Sense of humour a must!

We look forward to seeing your application online soon!!

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
