Kia ora koutou,
I am co-sharing a post for a colleague who is looking for person who can do fortnightly cleaning (a maximum two hour job - 2x per month). The preference is for someone who is starting up and/or looking to make some additional income at this time, that is honest and does an excellent clean. Cleaning items are provided for and the area is south/central Auckland. My colleague has a handy - repair business and may also have some additional casual work too. This is for an immediate start. If this sounds like something that could be of interest or you know someone in your network who is looking for work - contact Lenny 027 290 7891 for all the details.

Want to recognise your favourite local business?

Prospa

We all love a cheeky grin and a wave from our local grocer, or a toot from the delivery driver, or a coffee order that’s ready before we arrive. And especially over the last year, it’s been the small businesses in our communities that have almost made things seem ‘normal’.

Linda from Henderson

New Zealand Post quoted me $136.70 to send a very small parcel to China. (Mobile phone size).
Does anyone else think this price is outrageous?
I felt like asking if they were flying it by private jet.
