Simon Bradley, a real estate agent with Glovers Real Estate in Titirangi, said while the local colony of chickens were controversial, they added character to local community. While others say that urban chicken's raise issues of noise, smell and fowl that escape and wreak havoc on neighbours' gardens. Is it time for Council to say no to city chickens?
