If they could paint over it and make it a clear straight ahead through the roundabout anytime (to merge with traffic coming from Lake road on northcote road), it would solve a lot of congestion on Ocean view in the mornings, and also stop the rat runners using Potter ave back down onto Lake road to jump the queues in the mornings too which happens a lot (as they can presently skip round the backstreets then get right of way at the roundabout with the steady stream of morning traffic, so ocean view just backs up indefinitely).
The transformation of the old RSA building into a new youth innovation hub on the North Shore is now a sure thing thanks to funding from Foundation North and ongoing support from Devonport-Takapuna Local Board.
