I am starting my own little business Little Bubbles - Yoga for Kids, and I will be running yoga lessons for children from 3 to 6 years of age in our neighborhood. My aim is to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to children in a fun, positive and safe way. We use exciting stories, role-play, games, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques, all designed specially for the little ones😇.
