The "feebate" scheme wouldn't cost the taxpayer anything, instead using money gained by putting a fee on imported high-emissions cars in order to make imported hybrids, electric cars, and other efficient vehicles cheaper with a subsidy.

We got Cocoa from the SPCA 2 years ago . She was 3 years old when we picked her up . She has been neuted and micro chipped and vaccinated. She is a solitary cat only likes being inside but does go out to do her business. She does not like children only adults so would suit an adult household.
She … View moreWe got Cocoa from the SPCA 2 years ago . She was 3 years old when we picked her up . She has been neuted and micro chipped and vaccinated. She is a solitary cat only likes being inside but does go out to do her business. She does not like children only adults so would suit an adult household.
She sleeps on our bed and is very purry . She has put on weight since we have had her and is very healthy.
We have noisey grandchildren visiting and we thought that she may get used to them but no so thought that she would be happier in a home more suitable for her.
