• Shelly Beach Rd southbound off-ramp will be closed, please use Fanshawe St off-ramp
We’ll keep at least two lanes in both directions open. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Practices favour “restorative”, as opposed to “action Betty” styles. It’s a chance to get the frick away, reconnect, rejuvenate, refresh, release and just rest.
I’d love to hold space for y’all beautiful peoples and enable some reprieve, from the grind.

We are a couple with a 7 year old boy and a 2 month old baby girl. Our family is calm, we have lived in NZ for 3 years, we have stable jobs and we are looking for a nice place for our family.
